Deposits

Please be advised that a £20 deposit is now required when booking an appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of your deposit. If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the total appointment cost. Deposit can also be paid at the salon - the same policy for cancellation notice applies.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be ordered and posted out to you or collected from the salon for either a service or an amount. You can also order vouchers by sending us a message via email or instagram, and paying via bank transfer.

Nail Art

All our services come with one block colour unless it is specifically a ‘no polish’ manicure or pedicure in which case it comes with a buff shine. If you would like to have a design we ask that you book in under one of our nail art sets which range from set A to set D. Each set allows different amounts of time depending on the requested design. If you are unsure of which set to book, we ask you send in an image of the design beforehand so that we can confirm.
